MBS teacher training empowers leaders to guide an unscripted process, to ask excellent questions, and to build an environment that’s accessible whether someone’s read the Bible their whole life or never opened it before.
That’s what Script & Spirit training is for — whether you’re refreshing your teaching skills, learning to lead for the first time, or investing in your church’s small group leaders.
We create cohort based training journeys, both online and in person, so that learning to teach happens in community. Sessions involve experience and reflection, reproducible models, tested tools, and opportunities to learn by doing.
What to expect: You’ll join an online cohort — sharpening your gathering, preparation, and facilitation skills alongside other experienced leaders. Together, we’ll prepare a passage so you are ready to go.
What to expect: You’ll be trained from the ground up in Manuscript Bible Study — how to study deeply, to write effective interpretive and application questions, and to facilitate a group that’s welcoming to newcomers and longtime believers alike.
What to expect: A skilled trainer will join your small group leaders for a day of experiencing MBS and learning how to facilitate vibrant Bible studies. We provide a reproducible model and practical tools for leading groups that are based on a process rather than a curriculum.
